Recently there was electrical works on my nature strip outside the front of my house. While the workmen were digging up the grass I asked them if they intended to clean up after they had finished the job…. ie replace the top soil and plant new grass. They said they would however I remained skeptical so after they had finished I went outside to check. Much to my surprise they had laid new top soil and planted new grass. They even cleaned up another part of my nature strip again laying new top soil and grass and they hadn’t even worked in that area.
Something the electrical company also did was place an information pamphlet in my letter box a number of days before the works took place to inform me that the works were happening.
These may seem like little things but as a consumer I was very impressed and will be singing there praises for a long time.
